'Back to top' feature

Having reviewed our Hotjar recordings for the last few months it's clear that many users struggle with an easy way to get back to the menu at the top of the page (using the sticky header is not an option for us).

We would love to see a 'Back to top' link that sits in the bottom right hand of the screen (desktop and mobile) and that follows a user as they scroll.

It would be great if options could include enabling/disabling a text anchor and just having an icon.
